Diane Brewer
MS, LPCC, CPRP
Diane has spent her career working with persons with psychiatric disabilities in a variety of professional roles. She has also provided training and consultation on recovery-oriented services through a wide range of opportunities including; presentations at local, national, and international conferences, working with CMHC’s across Kentucky as a program reviewer, working as a university instructor at EKU, training family caregivers in Singapore, and providing long-distance coaching with a psychiatric rehabilitation program in Karachi, Pakistan. Diane holds a BS in Psychology from Appalachian State University and an MS in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from Boston University.
Diane is retired from Seven Counties Services, where she directed their first Clubhouse program, was Administrator of their specialized personal care home on the grounds of Central State Hospital, and then closed the personal care home by transitioning residents and staff to the community using Housing First principles.
